Women’s lacrosse falls to Heidelberg in non-conference game

TIFFIN, Ohio – Earlham College women's lacrosse was unable to solve Heidelberg goalie Jessica Ballow, who charted three saves to lead the Student Princes to an 18-0 win over the Quakers at Hoernemann Stadium.

Anna Winnicki paced Heidelberg with six goals and two assists, while Angela Lulejian tallied three goals and one assists.

Heidelberg outshot Earlham, 36-5, with the Quakers' Jordan Blackburne recording 12 saves over her 60 minutes in the Earlham goal. Earlham came out on top of eight of the games' 20 draw controls, and the Quakers picked up 11 ground balls to the Student Princes' 19.

Earlham returns to Darrell Beane Stadium for a two-game home stand, starting with a Quaker Bowl game with Wilmington College (Ohio) on Wednesday, March 21, at 6:30 p.m.
