RICHMOND, Ind.- Wilmington defeats Earlham men's basketball 85-77 in Quakerbowl rivalry.
Earlham did not have any trouble scoring. They were 48.3 percent from the paint and 50 percent from the field. Blake Bonin lead the team in scoring with 14 points, and assists with six.The bench was responsible for 34 points, and Kenneth Stalling and Jamal Barnes contributed 22 of those points with 11 each.
Moving forward, Earlham needs to be sure they are protecting the ball. They turned the ball over 19 times in this matchup, allowing Wilmington 11 steals.
Tarig Eldosugi led Earlham's defense with nine rebounds and two blocks. Earlham's defense held Wilmington to 38.1 percent from the 3-point range.
Men's basketball returns to play this saturday for their first HCAC matchup at Anderson at 3:00pm.
