Xavier Flores to Represent Football at Division III Senior Classic

RICHMOND, Indiana – Senior Xavier Flores will represent the Earlham College football team in the ninth annual Division III Senior Classic held in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on Dec. 16.

The game, which is a part of the 2017 International Scouting Showcase put on by FreeAgentFootball.com, was developed to honor the top Division III graduating seniors from the 2017 season. It provides an opportunity for one more game in Xavier's collegiate career, and serves as a free agent player feeder system to North American and European Professional Leagues annually.

A 4-year member of the Quakers football program, Flores played multiple positions in his career including running back, offensive line and defensive back. He tallied 155 career rushing yards and 31 career tackles.

Head Coach Nick Johnson said this of Flores prior to the senior day game on Nov. 11 – "Xavier has had a strong sense of purpose and a passion that is unmatched.  He possesses an intense desire to compete and overcome. He has exemplified leadership, self-sacrifice and determination throughout his time here."

Flores will graduate in May with a bachelor's degree in Global Management. He plans to begin working in the supply chain industry in Colorado.
