RICHMOND, Ind. – Bluffton University scored on its first four possessions to defeat the Earlham College football team 54-20 on senior day at Darrell Beane Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Beavers scored on their first play from scrimmage, a 58-yard touchdown pass from Connor Sheehan to Micah Roberson. Bluffton followed that touchdown a drives of 76, 58, and 71 yards before the Quakers forced a punt.
Bluffton, who led 40-6 at halftime, scored 14 points in the third quarter. Hundley scored twice more in the fourth, once on a pass to junior Marcaus Cooper and another on a two-yard run on fourth and goal.
Earlham finished with 327 yards of offense compared to 465 for Bluffton. Sheehan led the way for the Beavers with four touchdowns passing including three to Roberson. Dante Carroll rushed for 76 yards on nine carries and two touchdowns.
Hundley did it all for the Quakers' offense, throwing for 178 yards and rushing for 142. The Las Vegas, Nev., native accounted for all but seven yards for Earlham.
Defensively, freshman Torrie Mayberry finished with nine tackles for Earlham.

The Quakers will conclude their 2016 season in the Battle for the Boarder Broadsword game at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology next Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
