CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Earlham College volleyball team equaled its wins total from the entire 2016 season with a 25-15, 25-23, 25-19 over Cincinnati Clermont College on Tuesday evening.
The Quakers are now 6-3 this season with the victory. Earlham finished the 2016 season with a 6-24 record.
Earlham hit a .197 clip for the match as it recorded 42 kills and 19 attack errors. Freshman Carly Federinko led the squad with 14 kills, the most she has had in a three-set match in her career, and a .344 attack percentage. Sophomore Skylar Muckway and freshman Julia Stewart both added 10 kills.
Sophomore setter Lauren Jackson continued to quarterback the offense as she dished out 38 assists for over a dozen assists per set on average.
Four Quakers tallied double digits in digs including junior libero Megan Hedinger, who reached the plateau for the eighth time this season.

Earlham will travel to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for three matches this weekend.
