RICHMOND, Ind. – Earlham College first year Chloe Lamenzo was named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 25, 2018, following her efforts in the jumps and on the track at last week's Earlham Duals.
Lamenzo won the triple jump with an effort of 10.97m (36-0), and placed second in the long jump with a leap of 4.50m (14-9 1/4). Her triple jump mark is the top performance in the HCAC this season.
On the track, she also ran for Earlham's first-place teams in the 4 x 100m relay (51.06) and the 800 sprint medley relay (1:54.26).
Lamenzo's results helped prople Earlham to a first-place finish at the Earlham Duals, which was the Quakers' first home track and field event in 10 years.
