Women's lacrosse stopped by Wash. & Jefferson

WASHINGTON, Pa. – Defending Ohio River Lacrosse Conference champion Washington & Jefferson College had too much offense for the Earlham College women's lacrosse team to overcome on Sunday, and the Quakers dropped an 18-0 decision to the Presidents at Alexandre Stadium.

Caroline Kallos tallied five goals and five assists for Washington & Jefferson (8-3, 5-1 ORLC), while Rae Larochelle finished with four goals and one assist. Graycen Vitale and Alexis Miller each recorded three goals for the Presidents.

Goalie Jordan Blackburne recorded 14 saves for the Quakers (2-11, 1-7 ORLC), who were outshot 34-5.

Earlham women's lacrosse returns to action on Sunday, April 22, when the Quakers host Westminster College (Pa.) at Darrell Beane Stadium. Start time for the game will be 11:00 a.m.
