Women’s golf opens play at Heritage Hill Collegiate

SHEPHERDSVILLE, Ky. – Earlham College women's golf fired a 412 in Saturday's first round of play at the Heritage Hill Collegiate tournament.

Sophomores Hannah Toresdahl and Emma Wilkins each carded rounds of 91 (+19) on Saturday on the par 72, 5,921-yard Heritage Hill Golf Club course. They were tied for 23rd on the individual leaderboard. First year Megan Garner turned in a round of 102, and was tied for 34th. Classmate Natalija Ljutic fired a 128 and placed 43rd.

The Quakers were eighth out of eight teams after Saturday's round. Marian University is atop the team standings with a 312 (+24), while Lawrence Tech is two strokes behind in second place.

Round two of the Heritage Hill Collegiate women's tournament takes place on Sunday, March 18, at Heritage Hill Golf Club.
