RICHMOND, Indiana - Earlham College men's tennis junior Vitalii Stadnyk earned Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Most Valuable Player honors for the third consecutive season in 2017.
Stadnyk finished 18-4 playing first singles and 18-9 playing first doubles. He lost just one HCAC singles match this season (to Landon Carrico of Hanover) and sits fourth in program history in career singles victories with 51. He also finished the season ranked 25th in the Central Region rankings by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA).
Earlham finished its 2016-17 season with an 18-7 overall record and 7-1 conference mark. The Quakers concluded their season with a runner-up finish in the HCAC Tournament.
