Aaron Gustine is in his fourth year as an assistant coach for the Earlham College men’s soccer program in 2018.

Gustine was on the Earlham touchline with Head Coach Sam Byrd as the Quakers posted a 3-13-1 record in 2017, including three Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) victories.

Gustine aided head coach Sam Byrd leading Earlham to a victory over in-state rival Wabash College in 2016. He also helped return the Quakers to the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Tournament in 2015 after Earlham finished 9-7-1 and 6-2-1 in HCAC competition.

Prior to Earlham, Gustine served as an assistant coach at Emory & Henry College (Virginia) in 2014.
Gustine graduated from Ferrum College (Virginia) with a degree in business and a minor in economics. A four-year letterman for the men’s soccer program, Gustine is Ferrum’s career leader for goals scored (31), assists (15), and points (77). For his efforts, Gustine was a three-time All-USA South honoree.
Gustine has been involved with club level soccer for nine years. He has coached with Valley AFC out of Roanoke, Va., and has assisted with other youth programs as well.
He resides in Richmond.
