Keith Clemens is in his second year as an assistant coach with the Earlham College men's lacrosse program in 2017-18.

Clemens spent the 2016-17 season aiding head coach Jason Grace's recruiting efforts. The two will lead the Quakers into their first season of competition in the Ohio River Lacrosse Conference (ORLC) in 2017-18.

Clemens comes to Earlham from Muhlenberg College (Pennsylvania) where he spent the 2015 seasons as assistant men's lacrosse coach. He was heavily involved in recruiting as well as planning season schedules and travel preparations. The Mules finished 3-13 in 2015.

Before Muhlenberg, Clemens spent three seasons as an assistant coach at Wesley College (Delaware). As a Wolverine, Clemens served as the program's defensive coordinator as well as being involved in recruiting, organizing practices, and developing the program.

Clemens is a 2012 graduate of Hendrix College (Arkansas) where he was a four-year letter-winner at goalie for the Warriors. He garnered Second Team All-Conference honors as a junior followed by First Team All-Conference recognition as a senior.

After Hendrix, Clemens spent one season as an assistant coach. He also participated in the 2012 Down Under Cup with the USAA1 World Team.
