HANOVER, Ind. - The Earlham College men's basketball team was defeated by Hanover College by a final score of 90-54 on Wednesday.
Hanover jumped out to an early 16-4 lead and never looked back. Earlham never led in the contest.
Jamel Barnes was the only Quaker in double figures, finishing with 10 points.
For the game, Earlham shot 39.6% (19-48) from the field. Earlham turned the ball over 27 times. Hanover shot 50% (33-66) from the field and made 12 of 26 three-point attempts. Wes McKinney led HC with 22 points.
Earlham will return to the hardwood on Saturday January 13 at 2 p.m. at Franklin College.
