Field Hockey Places Three on All-NCAC Teams

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Earlham College field hockey team placed three on the All-North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) team in a release by the conference on Tuesday.

Senior Megan Hut garnered First Team honors after leading the Quakers offensively with six goals and five assists this year. The Tiel, Netherlands, native earned her third All-NCAC nomination after making the Second Team the previous two seasons.

Hut's cousin, sophomore Maite Turlings, was named Second Team All-NCAC having scored four goals and assisted on three others. Fellow sophomore Natalie Blatz garnered Honorable Mention All-NCAC honors having led the Quakers in defensive saves with eight.

Earlham finished its 2016 season with six wins, marking the highest total the program has had since 2008.
