RICHMOND, Ind. – Earlham College Baseball fans who have been anticipating the team's 2018 season opener will have to wait an extra day.
Earlham's four-game series with Wittenberg University, originally slated for Saturday, Feb. 24, and Sunday, Feb. 25, has been shifted to a Sunday-Monday series due to expected inclement weather in the Richmond area.
The Quakers and Tigers will play their first doubleheader on Sunday, Feb. 25, at 12:00 p.m. at Sadler Stadium – one hour earlier than originally planned.
Earlham and Witt will then play a second doubleheader on Monday, Feb. 26, at 6:00 p.m. under the newly-installed lights at Sadler Stadium.
