Quakers Enjoy Pizza Before Camp Begins

RICHMOND, Ind. The Earlham College football team spent Thursday evening at Joe's Pizza as the players reported to training camp earlier in the day.

Earlham Head Coach Gerry Keesling said his players are anxious to begin preparing for the season with the annual event at Joe's.

"It’s exciting for the incoming first-years and their parents to spend a little bit of time with the upperclassmen. before we get started. We jump right into the season with meetings, physicals and practice on the first day.

Emily Sells
Women's Basketball
Emily Sells scored 11 points against Transylvania University in an 84-80 loss on Feb. 1.

She posted team-high numbers with seven rebounds, six assists and three steals in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference contest on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center.

Men's Basketball
Ryan Taylor led Earlham with 19 points against nationally-ranked Transylvania University as the Quakers fell 89-76 to the Pioneers, who are ranked 18th in the latest d3hoops.com poll .

The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference game was in Lexington on Feb.1.
