RICHMOND, Ind. — The North Coast Athletic Conference announced its post-season awards on Wednesday for women’s basketball and one
Earlham College player was honored.
Nikki Darrett received All-NCAC Honorable Mention after topping the Quakers with 11.8 points and 5.4 rebounds per game this season. She also averaged 2.0 assists and 2 .0 steals a contest.
Darrett led the Quakers in scoring 12 times this winter and reached a season-high 22 points three times against
Adrian College,
Hiram College and
Wittenberg University.
Two times during the season, Darrett recoreded double-doubles. She had 18 points and 10 rebounds against
Kenyon College, while scoring 13 points with a career-high 12 rebounds versus Oberlin. She added seven assists in the latter contest.
She also had a career-high eight assists in a 67-62 victory over
Manchester College.
Earlham was 3-22 overall this season and 2-14 in the NCAC.
