Earlham Visits Thomas More

CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. — The Earlham College men’s soccer team played its first road contest of the season on Friday as the Quakers fell 4-1 at Thomas More College.
Thomas More (5-1) scored twice in the first half and added two more goals in the second period before the Quakers were able to avoid a shutout. Jimmy Carter scored at 87:15 with an assist from Irhad Strika.
Thomas More led 17-5 in shots and 4-3 in corner kicks. Kyle Thompson had three saves for the Quakers.
Earlham (4-2-1) is at Franklin College on Wednesday. The non-conference match begins 5:30 p.m.
