Quakers Compete in NCAC Championships
Women's XCO Team
DELAWARE, Ohio The Earlham College women’s cross country team participated in the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships at Ohio Wesleyan University on Saturday.

Hannah Santino was the leading performer for the Quakers with a time of 27:09.8 to finish in 68th place.

The other runners to score for the Quakers were:
Erin McIlvain, 81st in 29:35.8.
Emily Doering, 83rd in 30:13.5.
Caryn Wixom, 84th in 30:34.5.
Noor Balbaky, 87th in 32:06.0.

Oberlin College won the NCAC title with the Quakers finishing eighth of nine teams.

The Quakers will compete in the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional hosted by Rose-Hulman in Terre Haute on Saturday, Oct. 14. The meet begins at 11 a.m.

Ryan Taylor led Earlham with 19 points against nationally-ranked Transylvania University as the Quakers fell 89-76 to the Pioneers, who are ranked 18th in the latest d3hoops.com poll .

The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference game was in Lexington on Feb.1.
Emily Sells
Women's Basketball
Emily Sells scored 11 points against Transylvania University in an 84-80 loss on Feb. 1.

She posted team-high numbers with seven rebounds, six assists and three steals in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference contest on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center.
