HIRAM, Ohio — The Earlham College volleyball team started the weekend with a 25-10, 25-15, 25-20 loss at North Coast Athletic Conference foe Hiram College on Friday.

Keeley McAnnis-Entenman led the Quakers with eight kills, while Andrea Thompson added seven. Nikki Darrett contributed six kills.

Ashlee Heberger led Earlham with 14 assists and Alicia Kees finished with seven assists.

Elizabeth Ross topped the squad with 10 digs.

Earlham (3-18, 1-6) finishes the weekend on the road at Allegheny College on Saturday. The NCAC affair begins at 1 p.m.

Emily Sells
Women's Basketball
Emily Sells scored 11 points against Transylvania University in an 84-80 loss on Feb. 1.

She posted team-high numbers with seven rebounds, six assists and three steals in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference contest on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center.

Men's Basketball
Ryan Taylor led Earlham with 19 points against nationally-ranked Transylvania University as the Quakers fell 89-76 to the Pioneers, who are ranked 18th in the latest d3hoops.com poll .

The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference game was in Lexington on Feb.1.
