RICHMOND, Ind. — Hiram College scored three times in the second half on Saturday as the Terriers defeated the
Earlham College men’s soccer team 4-0.
Hiram (9-6-1, 3-3-1) got its first goal in the opening period of the North Coast Athletic Conference contest at 19:36. The scores in the second stanza were at 48:52, 79:39 and 80:50.
The Terriers led 7-6 in shots and 7-2 in corner kicks. Earlham goalkeeper
Jonah Kreniske had two saves for the Quakers.
Earlham (7-6-3, 2-4-1) faces Wabash College in its final home match of the season on Wednesday. The NCAC contest gets underway at 4 p.m. The Quakers end the regular season at conference foe Kenyon College next Saturday at 3 p.m.
