Quakers Fall on Matlack Field to Denison

RICHMOND, Ind. — The Earlham College men’s soccer team surrendered a goal in each half Tuesday as the Quakers fell 2-0 to Denison University in a North Coast Athletic Conference match on Matlack Field.
The Big Red (7-4-1, 3-1) scored at 10:10 of the opening stanza and finished the contest with a goal at 77:36.
Denison led 10-7 in shots with a 5-4 edge in corner kicks. Earlham goalkeeper
Jonah Kreniske had four saves for the Quakers.
Earlham (6-4-3, 1-2-1) returns to action on Saturday at Allegheny College. The NCAC match in Pennsylvania gets underway at 1 p.m.
