RICHMOND, Ind. – The Earlham College field hockey team did something it had not done since 1993 on Sept. 20, defeat the College of Wooster. The Quakers came from two goals down to defeat the Scots 3-2 in double overtime at Darrell Beane Stadium.
Earlham trailed 2-0 at halftime, but second-half goals from Megan Hut tied the game 2-2 after 70 minutes. Hut then completed her second hat trick of the season in overtime, giving the Quakers a comeback win.
The win was also Earlham's second consecutive North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) victory and second straight home win.
